• While we strive to keep availability information up-to-date, doctor schedules may change without prior notice.
• In the event of a cancellation by the doctor, we will attempt to notify you via SMS or Email using the contact information provided.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The content displayed on doctor profiles, including qualifications, specialties, and services, is provided by the doctors themselves. While we verify basic credentials, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all claims.

Emergency Notice: If you are experiencing a medical emergency (e.g., sudden vision loss, eye injury), please do not book an appointment online. Proceed immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room or call emergency services.

4. User Responsibilities

By using this platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and booking.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable).
• Arrive at appointments on time or cancel/reschedule in a reasonable timeframe.
• Pay the consultation fees directly to the doctor/clinic as per their policy.

Pakistani Eye Doctors does not process consultation fees. All payments for consultations, treatments, or procedures are settled directly between the patient and the doctor/clinic. We do not assume any liability for financial disputes between patients and doctors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pakistani Eye Doctors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from:

• The medical treatment or advice provided by listed doctors.
• Errors or omissions in the content provided by third parties.
